COVID-19 Return to Play Preparedness Plan

My7on7 Passing League (My7on7) is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all staff/participants in the program. To ensure this, we have developed this Return To Play Preparedness Plan following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), federal COVID-19 OSHA standards, and Governor Tim Walz’s executive orders, including Return To Play Phase 4. Phase 4 allows youth sports to operate with less than 25 in a specific area. The goal of this plan is to minimize any risk for transmission of COVID-19. This requires the full cooperation of parents, players, staff, and other members of our campus community. Only through a cooperative effort can we maintain the safety at events.

Staff, participants, and parents in attendance are responsible for implementing and complying with all aspects of this Plan.

At this time, our plan is to limit the amount of kids on the field and spectators inside the event space.  Our Return to Play Preparedness Plan addresses the following components:

  • Sanitization station at entrance
  • All participants wear gloves
  • Spectators maintain 6ft Social Distance
  • Players, coaches and staff temperature checked at entrance
  • Prompt identification and isolation of sick persons
  • Equipment cleaning, ball disinfecting and decontamination
  • Hygiene and sanitizing plan training provided to staff & volunteers upon arrival
  • Site Manager will ensure effective implementation of the plan
