This program, led by Grind Sports Performance, will focus on building fundamentals, coordination, and balance for all sports.
If you have a group of 5-10 friends that want to set up a private small group session, please contact us!
This registration session will allow you to select 6 sessions or 12 sessions in the months of June & July 2023. All sessions are hosted on the following Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am - 10:00am
