My7on7 offers a Youth  and High School Football Academy. The academy is an off-season football training program designed to improve athlete’s performance.  Training is focused on position specific skill sets, and enhancing football IQ by recreating real game situations.
 

Trainers have extensive football and performance training experience at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels.  They are all dedicated to helping athletes reach their goals and peak performance. We welcome all athletes dedicated to the sport of football to join our family.

The 2023 Football Academy runs January-May with a total of 16 sessions. We offer the HSFA (High School Academy) for athletes in 9th-12th grade. Choose the full Winter/Spring package which includes all 16 sessions and the best value or choose the 10 session winter option or 6 session spring option.

Registrations will be accepted through the last session of the Football Academy.
Soft shell helmets are required and can be purchased or rented during registration.
